The 76ers visits the sold out arena of the American Airlines Arena to battle against the Miami Heat. If the Heat will win in this game, they will advance and battle with the Boston Celtics in the second round of playoffs. The Celtics won their series where they swept Carmelo Anthony and the New York Knicks.
At the game, In the first quarter, the Heat led by as much as 8 points but it did not come big as the 76ers fought back and cuts the lead by just 1 but Mario Chalmers shoots a long 3 to extend their lead to 4. In the second quarter, the big 3 came up big and holds off to their lead. At the start of the third quarter, Lebron James misses his 2 easy lay ups but he did not gave up in his game scoring 10 points in this quarter alone. At the fourth quarter, in the last 5 minutes, the 76ers holds off to the Miami’s lead and try to win the game as Andre Igoudala scores great in this quarter, but at the final seconds of the quarter where the Heat led by 3 points, Igoudala missed his shot and the Miami Heat won the game by 6, 97-91. The Heat will now advance to the 2nd round of playoffs against the Boston Celtics.
